s always amazing to see how different colours and textures can change the look of a card so much. Love the die cuts and the close-up of your textured pieces.
In answer to your question, I think I usually gravitate towards pastels!

I'm loving the pretty clouds and rainbows. I think both pastels and bright colors are great! However, I was drawn to the pastels in this post

Lindsey said...

Sweet cards, Julie! I think the second is my favourite, so I guess that means I'm leaning to the brights! Certainly true with my clothes; with cards, it depends on the images, mood, and recipient. :)

Savannah O'Gwynn said...

SUPER cards--you have been so crafty! I love the second one--great colors:) But then again--I LOVE them all:)

So, in answer to your question...as meek and as shy as I can be (teehee) I definitely prefer BOLD and BRIGHT on my cards! The more pattern and colors, the BETTER! This stamp and die set is amazingly cool - so many different ways to use it! Thank you for sharing!

Wonderful cards...like the embossing in the clouds

Brandi said...

I love them both, but in this case I think the pastels win. It's so common to see a rainbow in bright colors that the pastels are a refreshing change. I also love the glitz of the third card…so eye catching!
