Beauty with Fran-tage at The Play Date Cafe

It's that time in the week once again!

Jax came up with this fantastic color story using
Slate Blue...Barn Red...Grey
and our team all worked with the fabulous new
images from the new line of...

by Stampendous, this week's sponsor.

I love this image and decided to use the 'color block'
design method to make my colors work together.
I added a little charcoal baker's twine from The Twinery
to give it some texture as a finishing touch.

I hope you will pop by The Cafe and check out
all the fabulous inspiration there and make sure
you check out the AMAZING PRIZE PACKAGE
that one lucky winner will receive!

Today's Project Recipe:
Cardstock:  Papertrey Ink & Worldwin
Stamps: Stampendous 'Dragonfly Vine
Tools: Fiskars Corner Rounder Punch
Embellishments: Baker's Twine in 'charcoal' from The Twinery
Sentiment stickers by EK Success

I love how you colour-blocked all three colours for your background, Julie. And the front dragonfly panel is beautiful, love the sentiments.

LOVE this Julie, it looks so nice in black and white and I really like how you've done the wording around the edges! The colour blocking works so well too. I will def. be doing more of that, I had a great time with it last week!!
