As our new adventure begins, let me tell you a bit more about myself.I spent the better part of my early adult years working as a bookseller in a number of wonderful places. Of course, they are all gone now, but there was no question in my mind what direction I would take for an eventual career.
I know retail marketing isn't everybody's cup of tea, but I literally thrive on it....I do! My husband has this thing stuck in his craw (do the British have a craw?) for people who use the word 'literally' out of context. Well, believe me, I've thought about it, and with the exception of major life changes that have occurred that wouldn't allow me to pursue that 'retail' life, I know it's a deep passion for me.
